Exchange and return policy:
If you need to exchange or return a product, please contact us by email ([email protected]) with the following information: order number, photo of the product and reason for exchange or return. We will evaluate the case and get back to you.
• Defective product
The exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover the shipping costs and, after evaluating the condition, we will exchange it for an identical product. If the product is no longer available in stock, we will offer the same price for similar products or a refund.
• Product without defects (If it does not fit)
Also within 7 days, the customer must send an email with a photo/video of the product without signs of use so that the exchange of size can be made. For the first exchange, we will cover the shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the size in stock and must be requested in advance by email.
For refunds, you have up to 7 days to make the request, starting from the date of purchase.
